Once your offer is accepted, we can schedule a professional home inspection to identify any issues and negotiate repairs or credits.
Lenders require a home appraisal to ensure the property value covers the loan, after which final loan approval is secured, but don't worry - I can help with that too!
A final inspection of the property will be done before signing the closing documents, paying closing costs, and the really exciting part - you receive the keys to your new home!
